Playing Rarest Krill
Rarest Krill is a trivia game with free and Premium worlds and game modes. A Rarest Krill account is required to play. A free account currently includes 3 games a day, renewed every day at midnight UTC; Premium removes the daily limit and opens the Premium packs and modes shown in the app. Online gameplay, sign-in, scoring and purchase verification require an internet connection. Free allowances and the access required for each mode are shown in the app. Locally saved dive results can be read separately from online play.
You can sign in with a six-digit code sent by email, a password set for your account, Google, or Sign in with Apple on iPhone and iPad. Keep your sign-in credentials private and use your own account. Do not use modified purchase data or another player's account to obtain paid access. The app's illustrations, questions and other content are provided for use within Rarest Krill; purchasing Premium does not transfer ownership of that content.
Apple annual Premium (iPhone and iPad)
On iPhone and iPad, Rarest Krill offers “Rarest Krill Unlimited (yearly)”, an optional annual, automatically renewing Premium subscription, through Apple In-App Purchase when available. The App Store supplies the price and currency shown before confirmation. At the date of these terms, the price in France is €29.99 a year, taxes included; prices vary by country, and the price shown by the App Store before you confirm applies. New subscribers whose Apple Account is eligible may receive a one-week (7-day) free trial; Apple determines eligibility, and a new Rarest Krill sign-in does not itself create it. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends. The subscription renews automatically for one year at a time unless automatic renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current period.
To manage or cancel, open Account → Manage my access → Manage my Apple subscription, or Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad (shown as Apple ID on older iOS versions), with the Apple Account used for the purchase. See Apple's cancellation instructions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to stop the next charge, and at least 24 hours before the free trial ends to avoid the annual charge. Cancellation stops future renewal; access continues until the end of the current period or trial unless Apple refunds or revokes the purchase.
Apple bills and processes the payment; Rarest Krill does not receive your payment-card details and cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases. Request a refund from Apple as described in Apple's refund instructions; Apple handles it under its terms and applicable consumer law. You can also contact Rarest Krill support for a purchase issue. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Google Play annual Premium (Android)
Android versions with Google Play billing offer an annual, automatically renewing Premium subscription when available. Google Play supplies the price and currency shown before confirmation. An eligible Google Play account may receive a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, the full annual price is charged in one payment. Subsequent charges occur yearly until cancellation. This is an annual billing plan, with no monthly instalments.
Trial availability depends on the offer returned by Google Play. A new Rarest Krill sign-in does not itself create trial eligibility. Review the trial, annual price, renewal and purchase terms shown in the app and Google Play confirmation before subscribing. Google handles the payment method; Rarest Krill does not receive your payment-card details.
To cancel or manage the subscription, open Account → Manage my access → Manage my Google Play subscription (Account → My Premium access in earlier versions of the app) or Google Play subscriptions with the purchasing Google Account. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid its annual charge. See Google's cancellation instructions. Cancellation stops future renewal; an already paid period normally remains available until its end unless refunded or revoked.
Refund requests are subject to Google Play's refund rules and applicable consumer protections. You can also contact Rarest Krill support for a purchase issue. These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Apple lifetime purchases and the Apple licence
The one-time lifetime Premium product prepared for earlier iOS builds is no longer offered for sale. Any verified Apple lifetime purchase remains eligible for access and restoration and has no recurring charge. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) governs your licence to use the app, and Apple-billed purchases are subject to Apple's purchase terms; these terms describe the Rarest Krill service and its store purchases.
A subscription taken out outside the app is managed where it was taken out, separately from App Store and Google Play billing. A store subscription and a subscription taken out elsewhere are billed separately: subscribing in one place does not cancel the other, and cancelling one does not cancel the other.
Verification and restoration
Use a signed-in Rarest Krill account with a verified email for store purchases and restoration. Premium access is activated from a verified store transaction and its server ownership record. A pending payment does not by itself activate access. Open Account → Already purchased? Restore my access (or Manage my access when Premium is active), then choose Restore Apple purchases or Restore Google Play purchases, with the account used at that store. Do not purchase again solely because verification or restoration was interrupted; contact support.
If the original Rarest Krill account was deleted, eligible access may be restored to a recreated account with the same verified email previously bound to the purchase, after store verification and ownership checks. Restoration cannot transfer another existing account's purchase, recover deleted game history or undo a refund, revocation or expired subscription.
Deleting your account
You may request deletion from the app (Account → Data → Delete my account) or through the account deletion page. Deleting a Rarest Krill account, signing out or uninstalling the app does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription. The app lets you acknowledge that store billing continues before account deletion; you can manage or cancel it independently. Account deletion does not automatically refund an Apple or Google purchase. Confirmed deletion cancels existing subscriptions taken out outside the app. If you signed in with Apple, deletion also asks Apple to revoke Rarest Krill's Sign in with Apple access.
Limited billing and ownership records may remain after deletion for purchase security, subscription updates and eligible restoration. They include personal data even when encrypted or keyed, and currently have no automatic fixed expiry. The mobile privacy policy describes these records and privacy requests.

For help, email support@rarefind.io. You may identify the store, purchase date and order reference, but do not send passwords, sign-in codes, payment-card details or raw purchase tokens. Use the relevant store's subscription-management controls to stop future renewal.
